I am a firm believer in the yogic philosophy Start Where You Are. And allowing your breath to guide you. Hatha yoga has enabled me to peel away layers of dirt from my body’s core. It has given me the ability to unwind into the sweetness that this life has to offer. In my teachings I like to focus on body awareness, optimal alignment, self healing and breath. My goal is a safe practice to keep you feeling great with lasting results. You get out of it what you put into it. Let me be your guide. I am a yoga, pranayama, qigong & meditation teacher.
