Who am I and who are you? My feelings sigh and feel confused.
Do I want to know how this really goes, 'cause I am not sure how the music flows.
In my heart I feel my dreams, is everything really how it seems.

I am a firm believer in the yogic philosophy Start Where You Are. And allowing your breath to guide you. Hatha yoga has enabled me to peel away layers of dirt from my body’s core.
