The casual level needs to remain your primary focus, the teaching of enlightenment your main purpose, and peace your most precious gift to the world.
The only place where you can experience the flow of life is the NOW, so to surrender is to accept the present moment unconditionally and without reservation.

I am a firm believer in the yogic philosophy Start Where You Are. And allowing your breath to guide you. Hatha yoga has enabled me to peel away layers of dirt from my body’s core. It has given me the ability to unwind into the sweetness that this life has to offer. In my teachings I like to focus on body awareness, optimal alignment, self healing and breath.
